Casemark Products are procured and delivered after several qualtiy check. We do share proper videos and photos of the products in our social media handles and website. With this we follow a policy of REPLACEMENT in case of DAMAGE only with unboxing video as proof.

We don’t offer any return or refund policy in website, we only provides replacement if the product is damaged.
